As an independent service provider, we do not sell or install renewable energy products ourselves. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be considered.
1. General Policy
BrightStaer Solutions primarily offers consultancy and brokerage services, including providing information, facilitating supplier connections, and offering tailored energy solutions. Due to the nature of our services, refunds are not generally applicable once a service has been delivered.
2. Refund Eligibility
a) Services Not Provided
If a paid service has not been delivered due to circumstances within our control, you may be eligible for a full refund.
b) Service Issues
If you believe our service did not meet agreed expectations, we will review your concerns. Refunds may only be considered if:
- A clear service agreement has been breached.
- The delivered service significantly deviates from what was agreed upon.
c) Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- If consultancy or brokerage services have already been provided.
- If a connection to a supplier/installer has been facilitated as agreed.
- If a service issue arises due to third-party suppliers, installers, or manufacturers (any disputes must be resolved directly with them).
- If the client fails to provide necessary information or access required to complete a service.
- If the refund request is made more than 14 days after service delivery.
3. Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Your full name.
- A description of the service purchased.
- A detailed reason for the refund reques
- Review Process: Refund requests will be reviewed within 7 business days.
- Decision Notification: You will receive an update on whether your request has been approved or denied. If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days via the original payment method.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund has been approved but not received:
- Check your bank account or payment provider.
- Contact your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary.
